You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of Gallery Fashions Ltd. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
Gallery may suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this Site.

Ordering Products
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if, for any reason, the Products you have ordered are not available.

Colour Reproduction
Gallery Fashions Ltd take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate however, specifications may change.

Ordering Errors
You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the ‘submit order’ button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of Products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorised Gallery employee.

Our Right To Vary These Terms And Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us.

Site Availabilty
If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Returns Policy

Gallery Fashions Ltd will accept returns of items offering a full refund assuming the items are in the same condition as when purchased. We also offer credit notes/vouchers or an exchange if required. Unwanted items bought online can be returned to our Gallery store in Newport within 14 days of receipt by post or in person. You will need to take with you or send your receipt/advice note or your order confirmation.

Reasonable care
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

• You can open the packaging to look at and try on the Products as you would in our store.
• You must not try on the Products wearing strong perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the Products. No makeup stains must be seen or any signs of cigarette smoke on our products.
• Shoes must not be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
• Tags should not be removed from any item.
• The original packaging should be retained.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before returning them to us, you will not be offered a refund.  

Our products are double checked prior to being sent to ensure that they are in perfect condition for our customers.

Unfortunately we can’t stop an order once it’s been confirmed by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the Products in accordance with this returns policy.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
